Painting in watercolour has been my passion for many years. I now paint in mixed media as well, using different textures and materials. As an artist, I try to interpret the vibrant colours of nature that surround me, both in my floral artwork and the ever changing faces of Canadian landscapes. I enjoy painting the subtle hues of winter and the glorious colours of fall.

My life in China and travels to other parts of the world in the past several years have a strong influence on my work. In my paintings, I also love to capture  the beauty of women  from different countries of the world, particularly in their traditional attire.

I have  sold my work in England, the United States, Canada and Sri Lanka.
